Yes, completely. Employees have the choice to login with any email of their choosing, and no one else has access unless they say so. All data that goes over to the employer is anonymised, and we require minimum numbers of data before generating reports. This means there’s no risk of employers specifically identifying an employee or their results.

The platform can be accessed via the web or through mobile app.

Each development cycle lasts 13 weeks. This is the scientifically proven amount of time it takes to develop new behaviours. However, individuals have reported seeing improvements much earlier than then, even from day one!
